Classes
Well, this Thursday ends my Basic Knitting class. It was fun and they learned to knit. :-)

My Beginning Knitting Class began on Thursday with 8 students. That is a full class and a little harder to make sure everyone knows the lesson before they leave for the night. The difference between the Arlington classes and the Alexandria classes is the frequency. In Alexandria, the classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore, the Alexandria students get feed back in two days instead of one week in Arlington. I'll let you know how this class works with their next lesson in a week. All the ladies are delightful and some enjoy my jokes.

Well it's fall time and I'm starting my classes for basic, intermediate and Knitting with a Flare. Two of my classes are full with a waiting list. I'm only teaching 8 people at a time but it will be challenging because of the small room we are working in. Wish me luck.
I'm trying a sweater class but at this time I have no takers. Even if I don't get a class together, I'm going to make a baby sweater and I might give it to a charity.
See you later.
Keep Knitting!
I am working on some new patterns that I used during my knitting classes. I hope to have them up soon. They are fun and easy scarf patterns that really can be used as baby blankets or shawls, too. Hope you enjoy them.

I bought yarn yesterday for my Beginning knitting class that I'm teaching. They have so much cotton yarn that it was hard to pick two colors. I ended up picking Bird's Egg blue and a Shades of Green. It was great picking out colors for the dish clothes I will be making for this class. I'll start them tomorrow. I wonder how long will it take for me to finish.
